New Mexico Driver Education Programs by City

*Note: This is a list of private commercial driver education schools for individuals under the age of 18.  Public high schools offer a classroom only course as an elective.  Some public high schools may also offer a behind-the-wheel portion as well as the classroom course.  The driver education programs offered at the public high schools are approved as well as the programs below.  All approved Driver Education Programs should offer each student either a minimum of 56 hours of classroom or a minimum of 33 hours of classroom with 7 hours of behind the wheel training regardless of where the driver education program is taken.

The most current information on approved providers for driver education is available from the New Mexico Department of Transportation's Approved Providers page.
